1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

Your return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.

Customized or personalized jewelry pieces cannot be returned.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (UPI/Card/Bank).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
